All gemstones, rings, and jewelry ordered from GEMBEAR will be shipped from our workshop in Guangzhou, China. You might be wondering about:

Shipping Origin
All your orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China. We currently don't maintain overseas warehouses because:
- Each gemstone is unique (we don't carry identical inventory)
- Custom rings are made-to-order specifically for each customer
- We cannot predict which countries our customers will be from
Therefore, we centrally store and ship all items from our Guangzhou workshop to ensure quality control.
Delivery Timeline
We exclusively use premium international carriers:
- DHL
- FedEx
- SF Express (for certain regions)
All items are:
- Professionally packaged for maximum security
- Shipped via air freight
- Delivered to most worldwide locations (except extremely remote areas)
Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch
Gemstone Certification (if needed): 2-5 business days
Ring Customization: Approximately 4 weeks
Shipping is FREE on all orders - no hidden charges.
Customs & Import Duties
Most countries won't charge import duties for jewelry orders below certain thresholds:
- Generally $800 USD / €700 / £600 / AUD$1000
- Varies by destination country's regulations
If customs duties apply in your country:
- The local carrier (DHL/UPS/etc) will contact you for payment before delivery
- You are responsible for these charges
- If unpaid, the package will be returned to China
- We cannot predict or prepay duties as they vary case by case

Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event of shipping issues:

Cancellations & Returns
For loose gemstones:
- Full cancellation/refund available before shipment
- After shipment: 7-day return policy upon receipt
For custom rings:
- Cannot be cancelled once production begins
- No returns accepted (as each is made to your specifications)
Overseas Warehouses
We are genuine jewelry manufacturers, not dropshippers:
- No overseas warehouses - all items ship directly from our Guangzhou workshop
- We don't practice "dropshipping" - every order is personally handled by our team
- This ensures quality control from crafting to final shipment
